Dr David Cashman is a Sydney-based pianist, educator, researcher, and advocate. His area of research is live music performance and industry, particularly in regional areas and the performance practice thereof. He is an adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Adelaide and a founding member of the Regional Music Research Group.
David is a well-known arranger of music. Having studied this in his undergraduate degree, he has arranged for themed shows, cruise ships, singers, entertainers, and film.
